“Our deepest need is for the joy that comes with …knowing we are of genuine use to others.”
-- Eknath Easwaran
I'm finding with the way the economy is presently there are a lot of people wondering how to do just that..
It's a frustrating time for many. I hope I can encourage those of you who may know of others struggles
to recognize their need and appreciate them.
Your photos make wonderful gifts. I know as I have given them before.

Everyone has something to give in this world, and whether it be a material gift or just a gift of a smile and warm embrace, we should accept every offering with joy and deep appreciation.
ReplyDeleteHi Mel,
ReplyDeleteThat's true...sometimes when I'm going through a tough time it's a smile or a kind word from someone that means the world to me.
Because you reminded me of this, I'm going to be conscious of every
type of gift I receive today, starting with yours..
All my best,
e
